1. Introduction
Welcome to Apex Pro Solutions! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Apex Pro Solutions, including but not limited to TV mounting, smart home installations, security system setups, and networking services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Apex Pro Solutions offers the following services:
- TV Mounting Services: Professional mounting of TVs, completed in 15 minutes or less (per TV) where applicable. Advanced surfaces and Complex installations may cause additional time.
- Smart Home Installations: Installation and configuration of smart devices such as lighting, thermostats, and home automation systems.
- Security System Installations: Setup of security cameras, doorbells, and monitoring systems.
- Networking Services: Installation and configuration of home and business networking systems, including Wi-Fi and wired connections.
A detailed description of each service will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Service Appointments
- Booking: Appointments for TV mounting or any other service must be booked through our website, phone, or email. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the service details.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Service Fees & Payments
- TV Mounting: Our TV mounting service with an installation time of 15 minutes or less (for most installations). The installation price includes mounting services only; additional charges may apply for accessories, additional labor, or custom installations.
- Smart Home & Security Services: Pricing for smart home, security, and networking services varies based on the scope of the project. A detailed estimate will be provided before work begins.
- Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website. Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or cancellation of appointments.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely installation, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing a safe and accessible workspace.
- Ensuring that all necessary equipment (TV, mounts, smart devices, etc.) is available at the time of the service.
- Confirming that the installation area is free from hazards such as electrical wiring or plumbing that could interfere with the installation.
Apex Pro Solutions is not responsible for any damage resulting from faulty equipment provided by the customer.
6. Liability and Damage
While we take utmost care in providing our services, Apex Pro Solutions is not liable for:
- Damage to property due to existing structural issues, poor building materials, or pre-existing conditions.
- Any damage caused by customer-provided equipment (e.g., customer-supplied TV mounts, cables, or other hardware).
- Network downtime, security breaches, or other issues caused by customer mismanagement of systems after installation.
We are insured and will take responsibility for damage caused directly by our technicians during service, provided that damage was not due to existing or unknown issues.
7. Service Limitations
- TV Mounting: Our “15-minute or less” guarantee applies only to standard wall mounts and setups where the environment is prepared for immediate installation. Complex installations, such as those requiring additional brackets, wiring through walls, or drilling into concrete, may require additional time and incur extra fees.
- Smart Home, Security, and Networking: We provide installation only for devices that are compatible with local infrastructure and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any connected devices comply with local laws (e.g., security cameras or recording devices).
8. Cancellation of Service by Apex Pro Solutions
Apex Pro Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service appointment for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, technician unavailability, or emergencies.
- Failure by the customer to prepare the service site (e.g., inaccessible locations, hazardous conditions).
- Discrepancies between the scope of work agreed upon and the actual conditions found on-site.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by us, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or issue a full refund for any prepaid services.
9. Privacy and Data Security
Apex Pro Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking or service process will be used solely to provide our services and communicate with you. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
For installations involving network configurations and smart home security systems, Apex Pro Solutions does not store or have access to any customer-specific passwords, security codes, or personal data after the installation is complete.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Apex Pro Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State/Country].
